Q: Can you do customization? eDOC has made a significant investment in expertise, software and equipment to deliver the greatest customization capabilities available. We do all types of customization from simple versioning with name and address to complex variable data programs including bar coding, variable graphics and variable charting.

Q: How long have you been in business? eDOC has a long history in the printing and communication business. eDOC was formed in 1999 but each of our three owners as well as many of our employees have been in the industry for much longer. We’ve been around long enough to know all of the ins and outs and at the same time we work very hard to stay with and beyond the cutting edge of what’s possible.

We handle an extremely wide range of direct mail projects. eDOC utilizes software that qualifies at the highest level of United States Post Office discounts. eDOC handles mailings from 200 pieces to 200,000 to over one million piece mailings. Q: We need to communicate different information both internally and externally and don’t want to reinvent the wheel each time. How can we accomplish this? eDOC uses extensive variable data printing abilities to provide different versions of materials.
