Quality

Quality, reliability and consistency are synonymous with the eDOC approach to printing services.

In the words of Aristotle, “Quality isn’t an act, it is a habit. And eDOC is in the habit or discipline of following stringent quality procedures in each and every department. eDOC complies with ISO 9001:2008 standards in regards to the Measuring and Monitoring of Product and Process Quality and has (3) RABQSA accredited ISO 9001:08 Lead Auditors on staff. As it relates to complex variable data, eDOC has integrated a comprehensive variable data quality verification process that identifies over (50) unique categories that require (4) verification signatures PRIOR to printing.

Wherever and whenever possible, eDOC focuses on integrating automated quality verification into its procedures. eDOC recently integrated a camera based integrity management/verification system into its digital booklet stitching operation. This system provides 100% quality assurance as it relates to sheet level and set level integrity with real-time reporting.

Lastly, a true quality management program requires quality improvement: improvement achieved through critical customer feedback. For over 13-years, eDOC has been growing and improving as a quality organization thanks largely in part to its customers and their specialized requirements.
